Pricing FAQ
We already have a spreadsheet system. Why change?
Spreadsheets hold data; they do not hold a document trail. The gap shows up at survey time, when someone has to reassemble months of PM, calibration, and electrical-safety records into a binder a surveyor will accept. This product keeps the same records you already collect, but ties each one to the work order that produced it — so the binder is an export, not a project.
Is this a security risk? We service hospitals.
No PHI. No EHR/EMR integration. No device telemetry. The product records what was done to a device — dates, technician-entered readings, pass/fail — and never touches a patient chart, a patient identifier, or a device in clinical operation.
How do the technician and client-site limits work?
Each tier sets a ceiling on field technicians, client sites, and admin/office seats. Essentials covers 5 technicians and 3 client sites; Professional 15 and 10; Business 30 and 25; Enterprise is unlimited. You can move up a tier at any time and the change takes effect on your next billing cycle.
What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Annual billing is priced at ten months — $1,990, $3,490, and $5,990 a year for Essentials, Professional, and Business respectively. Monthly billing carries no commitment beyond the current month.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscription terms, including cancellation, are set out in the Refund Policy. Digital store templates are instant downloads and all sales are final.
How does this compare to the established platforms?
This is an established market with real incumbents serving hospital in-house departments well. What no incumbent productises is the multi-client independent service organization (ISO) workflow — one shop, many client hospitals, each with its own binder, its own surveyor, and its own contract on the line.
